Located in a strategic location, Doan Tung 2 Industrial Cluster is located in the north of Thanh Mien district, a district of Hai Duong province, the district center is 60 km from Hanoi; 23 km from Hai Duong city and 25 km from Hung Yen town. 62km from Hanoi Noi Bai International airport, 42km from Hai Phong Cat Bi Domestic Airport, 57km from Hai Phong Dinh Vu port, connected to Hanoi - Hai Phong freeway at Gia Loc district intersection, 4km from cluster location.

Transportation: Main road: 20.5m, internal road: 10.5m, provincial road 17m.
Power network: Stable power is supplied from EVN - Dao Lam branch with a voltage of 22kV and a total capacity of 4,100MW.
Clean water plant:
- Water supply for the planning area is taken from the water supply pipe outside the project, stored in a tank located to the west of the cluster, then water will be pumped into the project’s water supply system.
- Water is provided with a capacity of 1034m3/day by underground water pipes.
Wastewater treatment plant:
- Stormwater drainage system is designed separately from the wastewater drainage system
-  The cluster is designed with a wastewater treatment station with a capacity of 1,000 m3/day.
- Wastewater after treatment must meet grade A standard of the national technical regulation on industrial wastewater before being discharged into the source.
Solid waste treatment: Other solid wastes in the production process are insignificant and are collected centrally. The factory will sign a contract with a functional environmental company in the area to collect, transport and treat according to regulations.

Light industrial production, electronic component assembly industry, agricultural and food processing industry, supporting industries and other industries with advanced, environmentally friendly production technology.

Leasing price: $85 - $90/m2
Infrastructure management and maintenance fee: $0.6/m2/year
Wastewater treatment fee: $0.5/m3/year
Electricity price: Quoted by EVN + maintenance fee
Water price: Quoted by Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee + maintenance fee

Import tariff:
Exemption for importing merchandise and machinery to build up fixed assets for implementing investment projects; 
Exemption for importing machinery and equipment which are not available domestically.
Land-use period: The leasing period at Doan Tung 2 CCN is 50 years
Land rental tax paid to the Government:  is exempted for about 11 years according to the Vietnam Law + the special policy of the cluster.
