Xay Da B Industrial Cluster is a flagship FDI industrial cluster in the Mekong Delta, covering 53.9 hectares (expandable to 75 hectares) in Ho Dac Kien Commune, Chau Thanh District, strategically located adjacent to National Highway 1A, about 40 km from Can Tho City. The project has a total investment of VND 888 billion, with modern infrastructure scheduled for completion in 2025, including 16-meter-wide internal roads, stable 22kV power supply, and an advanced wastewater treatment system. The cluster targets industries such as garments, textile dyeing, electronics, paper packaging, and wood processing, and is expected to create around 10,000 jobs. Developed by DinTsun Holding, it offers competitive costs, abundant labor, and strong connectivity to Tran De Port, making it an attractive FDI destination driving sustainable industrial growth in Soc Trang (Can Tho).

110/22/0.4kV substation (planned capacity: 25–50 MVA), supported by underground 22kV from EVN Soc Trang. Fully completed and operating reliably.
Water Supply & Wastewater Treatment
Clean Water: D200–D400mm pipelines sourced from Chau Thanh district, with a capacity of up to 10,000 m³/day.
Wastewater Treatment Plant: Centralized system with a capacity of 5,000 m³/day, utilizing AAO/MBBR technology, compliant with QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT standards. Fully completed and synchronized.
