+ Under detailed design and construction: Residential housing for workers and experts, gas stations, administration office, bank, supermarket, restaurants.
Phase 2 (960 ha): Estimately hand over to the investors more than 100ha of land with full technical infrastructure by December 2019.
Power: Power supply through Nam Dinh Vu 110/22KV substation with a capacity of 4 x 63 MVA (phase 1: 63 MVA) 
Water treatment: 10.000 m3/day (phase 1)

Investment Incentives

Investment projects are offered tax incentives package as follows:
› CIT rate of 10% for the first 15 years of operation
› 100% exemption for 4 years from the year of making profit
› 50% reduction of applicable rate for 9 consecutive years

Management and maintenance  fee for infrastructure: 1.400 VND/m2/month
Water charge: 16.300 VND/m2
Electricity charge: According to the provisions of EVN price brackets
Sewage treatment charge: - Unit Price: From VND 9,000/m3 to 24,000/m3.
