- Followed by 50% tax reduction for subsequent 9 years

Remarks: A tax holiday and tax reduction shall start from the first profit-making year or the fourth revenue-generation year whichever comes first.

Import Tax

Exemption for:
a) Machines and Equipment to create fixed assets
b) Materials & components that cannot be produced domestically (5 years)

Noted: Used machine & Equipment are required the inspection certificate to certified the capacity at least 85% (Decree No 18/2019/QD/TTg)
