Construction Regulations

Maximum building density: 60–70% of land plot area (depending on industry).
Factory height limit: 15–20 meters (3–5 floors).
Compliance with fire safety distances and ventilation requirements.
Flat ground conditions, soil bearing capacity of 1.5–2.0 kg/cm², elevation 25–30 meters above sea level.
