Viet Huong Industrial Park 2 (Ben Cat, Binh Duong Province) features a prime riverside location along the Saigon River, with direct connectivity to National Highway 13, the My Phuoc – Tan Van Expressway (23 km), Cat Lai Port (54 km), and Tan Son Nhat International Airport (42 km). This strategic position optimizes logistics to Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern Key Economic Region. The industrial park offers fully developed and synchronized infrastructure, including a 110kV power system, clean water supply of up to 10,000 m³/day, and centralized wastewater treatment meeting QCVN standards. The park supports multiple industries such as textiles, footwear, mechanical engineering, and electronics, with over 50 stable FDI enterprises (mainly from Taiwan and South Korea). Competitive incentives include 2-year corporate income tax exemption, 50% CIT reduction for the following 4 years, import duty exemption on machinery, and low infrastructure management fees (approximately USD 0.4/m²/year).
