Land Lease Prices

USD 160/m²/cycle for dyeing projects in the textile and garment zone (excluding VAT).
Factory Rental Prices
Ready-built factories: USD 2.5-2.75/m²/month; offices USD 3-4/m²/month; auxiliary facilities USD 1.5/m²/month; grounds USD 0.7/m²/month. Deposit 6-12 months, payment at the beginning of the quarter (excluding VAT).
Other Service Fees
Infrastructure maintenance fee: VND 9,500/m²/year (increasing by 15% every 3 years). Electricity price according to EVN +3%; clean water VND 8,300/m³; Wastewater treatment fee: 8,300 VND/m³ (normal) or 9,200 VND/m³ (highly polluted), all increasing by 15% every 3 years (excluding VAT)."
