Distance to the nearest major cities: Approximately 80 km to Hue City and 110 km to Quang Tri City.

Infrastructure situation

Internal Transportation
The main roads are 30–45 m wide (4–6 lanes), while branch roads are 15–25 m wide, paved with asphalt and equipped with drainage systems and LED street lighting.
They provide direct connections to National Highway 1A, National Highway 9D, and the North–South Expressway.
Power Supply System
A 110/22 kV – 40 MVA substation supplies electricity, with 22 kV power delivered to factory gates.
Water Supply
A clean water plant with a capacity of 10,000 m³/day (Phase 1), meeting standards for industrial production.
Wastewater Treatment

Factories/warehouses: 60–70% of the land plot area, in accordance with the master plan for main production allocation.
Factory Height
As specified in the detailed design, with a minimum setback of ≥6 m, ensuring architectural harmony along the 30–45 m wide main roads.
Fire Prevention and Fighting (PCCC)
The main and branch roads are designed to accommodate fire trucks, and all fire protection systems must be appraised and approved in accordance with regulations.
