Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Incentives
Full exemption from Corporate Income Tax for the first 4 years from the time taxable income is generated, followed by a 50% reduction for the subsequent 9 years.
Land Incentives
Exemption from land/water surface rental fees for up to 15 years, including a 3-year exemption during the basic construction period.
50% reduction of non-agricultural land use tax.
Import Duty Incentives
Pursuant to Decree No. 218/2013/ND-CP (guiding the implementation of the Law on Investment), import duty exemption applies to machinery and equipment used to form fixed assets for new investment projects in industrial parks nationwide.

Building Density & Height
Maximum building density ranges from 60–70% depending on each plot, in compliance with applicable construction regulations.
Factory height is limited to 3–5 floors (15–20 meters), ensuring proper setbacks, ventilation, and operational efficiency.
Power & Water Infrastructure
Power Supply: Designed capacity of 2 x 40 MVA from the 110/22kV Tan Huong Substation, with 22kV lines directly connected to each plot, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted operations.

Billed monthly, according to the EVN time-of-use tariff (3 time bands), excluding 10% VAT.
Wastewater treatment fee: 0.28 USD/m³, charged according to contract terms, with treated wastewater meeting Column A standards under QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
