Management & Infrastructure Fees
Infrastructure management and maintenance fee: Approximately USD 0.4–0.6/m²/year (equivalent to VND 9,400–14,000/m²/year), covering maintenance of internal roads, power systems, and security services. Payment is typically made twice per year.
Wastewater treatment fee: Approximately USD 0.28–0.5/m³ (equivalent to VND 6,500–12,000/m³). Wastewater is treated to meet environmental standards (influent Grade C, effluent Grade A), calculated based on a separate metering system.
Electricity & Water Tariffs
Electricity tariff: Applied in accordance with the national power tariff schedule, ranging from approximately VND 1,175–2,350/kWh depending on off-peak and peak hours. Power supply is stable and reliable.
Clean water tariff: Approximately USD 0.36/m³ (excluding VAT), supplied from the on-site water treatment plant with a capacity of approximately 14,000 m³/day.
