Power Supply System
Electricity is supplied from the Tam Thang 110 kV substation (national grid), ensuring a stable power supply. A 35 kV transmission line is located about 800 m away, while 22 kV power lines run along the internal roads to each land plot.
Water Supply System
Water is provided by the Tam Ky Water Plant, with a capacity of 35,000 m³/day, supplying water 24/7 directly to the factory boundary. The capacity can reach up to 100,000 m³/day when combined with Tam Thang Industrial Park 2.
Wastewater Treatment
A centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 3,000 m³/day (located in Tam Thang Industrial Park 2). The system features separate drainage pipelines for wastewater and rainwater, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

4-year tax exemption, followed by a 50% reduction for the subsequent 9 years.
Import Duty Incentives
Import duty exemption applies to
Goods forming fixed assets of incentive-eligible investment projects.
Raw materials and components not yet produced domestically (subject to confirmation by the Ministry of Industry and Trade).
Goods used for manufacturing export products (in accordance with Article 16 of Law No. 107/2016/QH13).
Building Density
Maximum 60–70% of the total land plot area, ensuring at least 20% allocated for green spaces and water surfaces.
Factory Height
Maximum 25–30 meters (approximately 3–4 floors), in compliance with fire safety regulations and required safety distances.
Fire Prevention and Fighting (PCCC)
Internal roads are at least 20 meters wide, with appropriate spacing between factory buildings.
Fire hydrants are installed in accordance with QCVN standards, ensuring safety for industries classified under hazard levels III–IV.
Infrastructure Management Fee
0.25 USD/m²/year (excluding VAT), payable annually. The fee is adjusted every 5 years (approximately +20%).
Wastewater Treatment Fee
Approximately 0.28 USD/m³, based on the local service provider.
Electricity Price
According to EVN Quang Nam:
Peak hours: ~0.10 USD/kWh
Off-peak hours: ~0.03 USD/kWh
Water Price
Approximately 0.4–0.8 USD/m³, supplied from the Tam Ky Water Plant, depending on the period.
