Project highlights:

Quang Tri Industrial Park (QTIP) is developed through a joint venture between VSIP, Amata, and Sumitomo, covering 481.2 hectares in Hai Lang Commune, Hai Lang District, within the Southeast Quang Tri Economic Zone. The park is strategically located along National Highway 1A, close to the North–South Expressway, Dong Ha Airport, Cua Viet Port (40 km), and Lao Bao International Border Gate (60 km)—a key gateway connecting Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand. The project features well-developed infrastructure, including 27–40 m wide internal roads, a stable 110 kV power supply, modern wastewater treatment systems, and a “Smart Park” digital management platform. It offers highly competitive leasing rates, along with key advantages such as attractive tax incentives, a young and cost-effective workforce, and a focus on industries including garments and textiles, footwear manufacturing, wood processing, and food processing.
