Protrade International Industrial Park (Ben Cat, Binh Duong) complies with Grade I industrial park technical standards under Decision No. 4573/QD-UBND (2007) and the adjusted 1/500 detailed master plan.

Factory height limit: 18–25 m (2–4 floors)

Fire safety separation distance: minimum 15 m.
