Located in a strategic location, PM3SIP lies in both Southern Corridor Economic Zone of Southeast Asia region and Southern Key Economic Zone of Vietnam. In addition, PM3SIP is in close proximity to the regional and international port of Thi Vai-Cai Mep (2km), Tan Son Nhat International airport in Ho Chi Minh city (65km), Long Thanh International airport (30km) as well as a very well-built roads/highways system (National Road 51, National Road 1A; Expressway HCMC - Long Thanh - Dau Giay; Expressway HCMC - Bien Hoa - Vung Tau; Expressway Ben Luc - Long Thanh)

Power Plant: Stable power is supplied from Phu My Power Plant and Ba Ria Power Plant under the management of Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) with a total capacity of 4,100 MW. 22Kv voltage is supplied to the customer's fence by underground cable system.
Water Plant: Water is provided to the customer’s fence in PM3 SIP with a capacity of 100,000 m3/ day by underground water pipes D225-D600 of Phu My Water Supply Joint Stock Company (Wasuco), which have total compacity of 500,000 m3/day, from two sources: Ho Da Den (33.8 million m3) and Song Ray (208 million m3), located in Chau Duc District.
Gas Station: Condensate and Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) are supplied from the nearby Dinh Co gas processing plant and Thi Vai refrigerated LPG terminal through the pipelines crossing underneath the industrial park. Natural gas is supplied from Nam Con Son/ Bach Ho pipeline system in parallel with PM3 SIP site.
NG & LPG are managed and distributed to customers in PM3 SIP by Sojitz Osaka Gas Energy Company Limited by a 6 inch underground gas pipeline with maximum capacity up to 15 million m3 of gas per month.
Waste Water Treatment Plant: The centralized wastewater treatment plant of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park is designed and built by Kobelco Eco-Solutions, capable of treating wastewater up to the most stringent and first column A standard in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province with capacity of 45,000m3/day.
Phu My ICD: Area ~38ha, which includes 6 jetties. Phu My ICD will be the extension arm for Cai Mep Thi Vai Deep-sea Port.
Phu My ICD provides services: transport, storage, loading and unloading, clearance of goods... contribute to shorten the time to release goods, maximize logistics costs, optimize production for businesses in PM3 SIP and around area.”

Leasing price: from 160 USD/m2 (up to 2077).
Management fee: 0.75 USD/m2/year.
Waste water treatment: 0.35 USD/m3.

Corporate Income Tax
Enterprises operating in Phu My 3 SIP will enjoy incentive corporate in contact (CIT) rate as follow:
* 17% applicable for the first 10 years
* 2-year tax exemption and 50% tax reduction in the following 4 years.
Import Tariff
* Exemption for importing merchandise and machinery in oil and gas industry.
* Exemption for importing merchandise and machinery to build up fix assets for implementing the project.
* Emxemption for importing equipment and machinery which are not available domestically.
Land-use-fee
* Leasing period in Phu My 3 SIP is 70 years (from 2007 to 2077), significantly longer compared to the normal period of 50 years in other industrial zones.
* Land-use-fee paid to the Government is exempted up to 20 years (exact time depending to the lot's location).
