• Maximum building density for factory land: around 60–70% of the industrial lot area.
• Maximum building height for factory/industrial buildings: up to 5 floors (~45 m).
• Minimum green space ratio: ≥10% of the park area.
• Maximum Floor Area Ratio (FAR): 3.5.
