Nhơn Hội A Industrial Park (Binh Dinh, Vietnam) spans approximately 394 hectares within the Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, located in Nhon Hoi Commune, Quy Nhon, with an operating period from 2006 to 2056. The park enjoys a strategic location just 6 km from Quy Nhon city center, about 15 km from Quy Nhon Port, and 35 km from Phu Cat Airport, with convenient access to the North–South Expressway. The industrial park offers modern infrastructure, including a 110kV power supply system and a 12,000 m³/day water capacity, supporting a wide range of clean industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, textiles, and mechanical manufacturing. Developed by the reputable Sai Gon – Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, the project benefits from coastal economic zone incentives, including 4 years of corporate income tax exemption. With abundant, cost-competitive labor and integrated urban services, Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park is a high-potential destination for FDI projects in Central Vietnam.
