Income Tax Rate
Apply a tax rate of 20% (applicable from the first year of revenue generation)
Tax exemption for the first 02 years, 50% reductioni of payable tax for the next 04 years
For new investment projects in sectors entitled to special investment incentives undr Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP dated 26 March 2021: exemption for 04 years and 50% reduction of payabe tax for the next 09 years
Import Tax
For equipment, machinery (including accompanying spare parts), and specialized transport vehicles used in technological lines, and domestically manufactured construction materials not yet available
Specially encouraged investment projects, as well as projects manufacturing mechanical, electrical, and electronic components and spare parts, are exempt from import duty on raw materials for the first 05 years from commencement of production and business operations
Imported raw materials, supplies, and components used for the production of export goods
