• Corporate income tax incentive: preferential corporate income tax rate of about 10% for up to 15 years for new investment projects in disadvantaged areas.
• Corporate income tax exemption: 100% exemption for the first 4 years from the time the enterprise generates taxable income.
• Corporate income tax reduction: 50% reduction of payable tax for the following 9 years.
• Import duty incentive: exemption for imported machinery, equipment, specialized vehicles, and materials not yet produced domestically used to create fixed assets of the project.
• Land rent incentive: exemption from land rental fees during the construction period according to government regulations.

• Infrastructure management and maintenance fee: approximately USD 0.3–USD 0.5 per m² per year.
