Land-related financial obligations: Investors are fully exempt from annual land rental fees for 11 years from the commencement of operations.
Corporate Income Tax (CIT) policy: A 20% CIT rate applies. Notably, enterprises are exempt from CIT for the first 2 years, followed by a 50% reduction of payable CIT for the subsequent 4 years.
Import duty incentives: Import tax exemption is granted for goods used to form fixed assets (including machinery, equipment, and specialized vehicles) and for materials that cannot be produced domestically. In addition, import duty support is provided for raw materials and input materials used in the production of export goods.
Factory zone: Planned for a maximum of 5 floors; construction density: 70%; mandatory green coverage: ≥ 20% of each land plot area.
Service facilities zone: Planned for a maximum of 9 floors; construction density: 50%.
Technical infrastructure zone: Planned for a maximum of 2 floors; maximum construction density: 40%. In particular, the wastewater treatment plant must be surrounded by a green buffer zone in accordance with environmental standards.
