Power Supply
Power sourced from a 220/22kV substation (40MVA, Dong Nai Power Company), planned upgrade to 80MVA; supplemented by a 110/22kV substation via four stable medium-voltage lines, ensuring continuous supply for over 110 enterprises.
Water Supply
Supplied by Long Binh Water Plant (Bien Hoa) with a capacity of 200,000 m³/day, operated by Dong Nai Water Supply Construction Company, ensuring stable production supply.
Wastewater Treatment

4-year tax exemption, followed by a 50% reduction for the subsequent 9 years.

Raw materials and components not yet produced domestically (subject to confirmation by the Ministry of Industry and Trade).
