Raw materials and components not yet produced domestically (subject to confirmation by the Ministry of Industry and Trade).

Factory height: Maximum 25–45 m (3–6 floors), depending on zoning for heavy industry or mechanical sectors.
Fire Protection & Firefighting
Equipped with automatic sprinkler systems, D150 fire pipelines, and fire pumps with capacity of 2,500 m³/h.
Fire hydrant spacing: ≤120 m.
Chemical storage areas: Built with REI 150 fire-resistant walls and equipped with foam firefighting systems to ensure industrial safety.
