Dong Binh Industrial Park in Binh Minh Town, Vinh Long Province stands out with its strategic location at the center of the Mekong Delta, connecting National Highway 1A, National Highway 54, expressways and river transport routes. It is approximately 160 km from Ho Chi Minh City, 12 km from Can Tho City, 15 km from the airport, and 16 km from Cai Cui Port. The park features synchronized and modern infrastructure with 110kV/22kV power supply, clean water capacity of 6,950 m³/day, standardized wastewater treatment system, construction density of 60% over 350 ha, and an operation term of 50 years (until 2071).
The project attracts agro–aquatic processing, packaging, and low-pollution consumer goods industries thanks to its outstanding incentive policies. The investor, TNI Vinh Long, ensures a large clean land bank, competitive costs lower than industrial parks in Southern Vietnam, and abundant labor supply in Region IV. This is an ideal choice for export-oriented enterprises due to optimized waterway–road logistics and a green industrial environment.
