Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Incentives
General incentives:

Exemption from Corporate Income Tax (CIT) for the first 2 years from the year taxable income is generated, followed by a 50% reduction of payable CIT for the subsequent 4 years (standard CIT rate: 20%).
For high-tech projects and supporting industries:
Preferential CIT rate of 10% for 15 years, with full tax exemption for the first 4 years and a 50% tax reduction for the following 9 years.
Import Duty Incentives
Exemption from import duties for machinery, equipment, components, and specialized vehicles imported to form fixed assets for new investment projects, in accordance with Decree No. 134/2016/ND-CP and other applicable general regulations.

Power: 110kV/22kV supply from Hoa Thanh Substation, with designed capacity sufficient for the entire industrial park (42.19 ha – Phase 1).
Clean water: Water treatment plant with a capacity of 2,600 m³/day.
Wastewater treatment: Centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 2,500 m³/day (meeting QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT – Class B, comprising modules of 500 m³ + 2,000 m³).
Fire Prevention & Fighting
The fire prevention and firefighting (FPF) system complies with national TCVN standards, supported by the Duong Minh Chau District Fire Prevention, Firefighting & Rescue Police, operating 24/7. The wide internal road network ensures convenient access for fire engines.
