• Import duty incentive: exemption for imported machinery, equipment, production lines, and specialized vehicles used to create fixed assets for the project.
• Land rent incentive: exemption from land rental fees during the construction period and possible additional incentives according to provincial policies.

• Infrastructure management and maintenance fee: approximately USD 0.2–USD 0.4 per m² per year.
