Bai Tranh Industrial Park (Thanh Hoa) stands out for its strategic location in Xuan Binh Commune, situated along the development corridor connecting Nghi Son Economic Zone and inland industrial areas. The park is approximately 45 km from Nghi Son Port, enabling efficient east–west logistics connectivity. The industrial park features modern and well-synchronized infrastructure, including wide internal roads, extensive green spaces, and reliable power, water supply, and drainage systems built to industrial standards. Flexible industrial land plots allow investors to develop diverse factory scales and production models.
The park is managed by the Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks Authority, ensuring clear legal status and stable investment conditions. With abundant and cost-competitive labor and low operating costs—electricity at around 0.03–0.1 USD/kWh and water at about 0.4 USD/m³—Bai Tranh Industrial Park offers strong advantages for attracting FDI investors compared with nearby industrial zones.
