Internal Transportation Infrastructure
Main internal roads are 30–45 m wide (4–6 lanes), while branch roads range from 15–25 m, paved with asphalt and equipped with complete drainage systems and LED lighting.
The park provides direct connectivity to National Highway 1A and the Bai Vot – Ham Nghi Expressway, ensuring smooth traffic for container trucks and heavy vehicles.
Power Supply System
A 110 kV substation with a capacity of 100 MVA (Phase 1) provides a stable electricity supply from the national power grid.
The park uses underground cable systems with capacity reserves to support large-scale industrial production.
Water Supply System
Total water supply capacity reaches 40,000 m³ per day, sourced from the provincial water supply network of Ha Tinh.
Water quality meets QCVN 01, supported by storage reservoirs and pressure pumps ensuring 24/7 supply.
Wastewater Treatment
A centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 25,000 m³ per day applies biological treatment technology, meeting Column A standards under QCVN 40:2021 before discharge into local water systems.
Individual factories are required to pre-treat wastewater to Column B standards before connecting to the central treatment facility.

Basic Utilities
Clean water price: about 0.40 – 0.45 USD/m³, metered according to actual consumption.
Wastewater treatment fee: around 0.25 – 0.35 USD/m³; wastewater must be pre-treated to Column B standards before centralized treatment to Column A.
