Bac Thach Ha Industrial Park (Ha Tinh) is emerging as a promising investment destination thanks to its modern planning and strategic location in Thach Ha District. The park is located near the Bai Vot – Vung Ang Expressway and National Highway 1A, providing convenient access to Vung Ang Port and Vinh International Airport, which supports efficient import–export logistics. The project includes about 122 hectares of flexible industrial land, internal roads capable of handling heavy container traffic, and 17 hectares of green spaces and water areas, creating a clean and sustainable industrial environment. The park is developed by VSIP following the Smart Industrial Park model, integrating digital management and real-time environmental monitoring systems. Priority sectors include green industries such as electronics, automobile assembly, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and textiles. With competitive costs, attractive investment incentives, and abundant labor, Bac Thach Ha Industrial Park offers strong potential to attract large-scale FDI projects and support regional economic growth.
Transportation Connectivity
Approximately 35 km from Vung Ang Port, supporting convenient import–export logistics.
