Project highlights:

Bac Chu Lai Industrial Park is considered an “investment paradise” within the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone, thanks to its strategic location. The park is situated next to National Highway 1A and the Da Nang – Quang Ngai Expressway, and is close to Chu Lai Airport and Dung Quat Port—forming an ideal ASEAN export gateway. The industrial park has a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 1,900 m³/day, which has been operating stably for over 10 years. 4-year tax exemption, followed by a 50% reduction for the subsequent 9 years.
Import Duty Incentives
Import duty exemption applies to

Goods forming fixed assets of incentive-eligible investment projects.
Raw materials and components not yet produced domestically (subject to confirmation by the Ministry of Industry and Trade).
Goods used for manufacturing export products (in accordance with Article 16 of Law No. 107/2016/QH13).

40–70% of the total land plot area, with at least 20% reserved for green spaces.
Factory Height
Maximum height below 45 meters (approximately 4–5 floors), depending on the detailed planning and fire safety regulations.
Fire Prevention and Fighting (PCCC)
Internal roads are at least 20 meters wide, with appropriate spacing between factory buildings.
Fire hydrants are installed in accordance with QCVN standards, ensuring safety for industries classified under hazard levels III–V.
