Incentives

Corporate Income Tax: 
Applying from 01/01/2016 Tax rate is: 20% 
Incentives for the enterprises estabilished newly in the IP: Tax exemption for 02 years and a tax rate reduction of 50% for the following 4 years.
In addition, some special fields shall be applied the tax level from 10% - 20% (find the details in the amended, supplemented Law of Law on Corporation Income  No 32/2013/QH13 issued on 19/06/2013)
1. The project in the fields of hi-tech, scientific research & technology development; investment and development of water plant, water drainage system, and software production: 
- Apply the tax rate of 10% within 15 years.
- Tax exemption for 04 years and a tax rate reduction of 50% for the following 9 years.

*NOTE:
- The time to apply the preferential tax rates and exemption, tax reduction:
+ Time to apply the preferential tax rate is calculated continuously from the first revenues from activity which enjoy tax incentives. 
+ Time of tax exemption is calculated continuously from the first taxable income from investment projects, in case the enterprise do not have taxable income for 3 first years from the first revenues, the time of tax exemption and reduction will be calculated from the forth year.
