Within the framework of the program, Chinese associations and enterprises held direct meetings and discussions with Vietnamese companies operating in manufacturing, processing, legal consultancy, bidding, factory construction, and industrial support services. The delegation was also provided with updated information on investment incentive policies by region, FDI project implementation procedures, and B2B cooperation mechanisms in Vietnam.

On the Vietnamese side, representatives of the Trade Promotion Agency presented an overview of Vietnam–China economic and trade relations, while also updating participants on the current investment environment and newly issued investment attraction policies. The goal of maintaining double-digit GDP growth over the next 5–10 years, with the ambition of becoming a high middle-income country, was strongly emphasized.

In addition, the orientation toward building a transparent investment environment, facilitating small and medium-sized enterprises, and promoting stronger linkages between domestic enterprises and FDI companies within the global supply chain was clearly reaffirmed by the Agency’s representatives.

During the business matching session, IPAVIETNAM representatives directly engaged with several enterprises from the Chinese delegation, sharing further insights into FDI connection opportunities across localities, priority investment sectors, and support mechanisms for project implementation in Vietnam. The parties expressed interest in organizing more in-depth working sessions in the near future, aiming toward practical and sustainable cooperation.

The conference concluded with the exchange of materials and contact information, as well as the establishment of direct communication channels, opening up numerous practical and long-term cooperation opportunities between enterprises of the two countries in the coming time.
