MEYINPARK Hung Yen covers an area of approximately 199 hectares, with a total estimated investment capital of VND 2.842 trillion. The project is part of the ecosystem of Tan A Dai Thanh Group. It is planned to develop modern and integrated industrial park infrastructure, leveraging its connectivity to inter-regional transport routes to facilitate manufacturing, logistics activities, and investment attraction.

Under its development orientation, MEYINPARK Hung Yen will allocate at least 30% of its industrial land area to high-tech and knowledge-intensive sectors, including electronics and semiconductors, precision engineering, data centers, and clean manufacturing. The project also focuses on developing service facilities, accommodation, and green spaces to gradually build a comprehensive ecosystem serving businesses and workers.

The groundbreaking of MEYINPARK Hung Yen contributes to expanding the local industrial land supply, creating additional space for manufacturing development, and supporting the attraction of technology-intensive and high-value-added investment projects to Hung Yen Province.
