Vocational College No. 5 is a vocational school of the Ministry of National Defense and it has the following functions and tasks:

• Vocational training at all levels and levels: Vocational colleges, vocational intermediate schools and primary vocational schools for demobilized soldiers and those who have demand for vocational training.
• To be fostered and improve the qualifications and skills for employees according to the requirements of production, service and business establishments with employees.
• To study technical and industrial applications with the aim of improving service quality in accordance with the law.
• Organized, consulted as well as introduced jobs for demobilized soldiers and workers so that they can supply labor as required from business establishments in our country and abroad.
• Moreover, this place is also a place to supply and train labor export workers to meet the criteria.
