A member of Stavian Group, specializing in Logistics Services is looking for a Pricing Executive who will:
- Daily Pricing and negotiating with carriers/agents to conduct the best freight solution for all shipments.
- Working closely with International sales Departments (Commercial sales); Freight Sales Department on RFQ by aggressive and fast response to work out the most optimal logistics solution (freight, schedule, space, equipment, payment…)
- Managing tender/RFQ by understanding the requirements of each shipment, analyzing revenue and cost, ensuring the best logistics solutions to meet customer’s requirements within deadline.
- Proposing the estimated freight cost for each shipment. Analyzing and evaluating the estimated and actual logistics cost by using company internal system.
- Following shipment status and coordinating closely with Export/Import Department Operation/Accounting Departments to solve any arising problems incur when handling a shipment.
- Monitoring and preparing weekly report for freight trend & maritime market. Assisting and consulting sales team and board of managers for logistics strategies and alternative solutions.
Requirements :
1, Experience: At least 03-05 years in freight forwarding (sea transportation) at similar positions
2, Skills
- Have a good command of English (TOEIC 650)
- Excellent customer service attitude & can work under high pressure with high motivation
- Good communication, negotiation, persuasion & analysis skill
3, Bằng cấp (Qualification): At least university graduated, majoring in Business, Economics, Maritime, or other related fields
