Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in a technology company or focusing on technology
Experience with feature trade-off, roadmap prioritization, and 0-to-1 product delivery
Experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success in ambiguous environment
Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing architectural concepts with technical team members
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven thought leader on digital and business transformation
Demonstrated ability to synthesize the evolving future of an industry, and to define corresponding impact of those trends
Demonstrated ability to build a strong team, motivate direct and indirect reports
