- Hold the meeting at the beginning of working shift.
- Count attendance to arrange worker for shift and working
- Check material and machine to assure smooth production
- Monitoring direct each worker attendance and performance. Propose to discipline or compliment for worker.
- Follow production status: Quantity follow target, NG product, defect product.
- Training for new worker and re-train old worker if necessary
- Collaborate with relative department (PPC, PD, QC, CS etc) to solve all issue related to process
- Understand all process’ SOP to training for worker.
- Check and remind regularly to get quantity as target every hour.
- If there are any problem happen, stop immediately and report to superior to resolve, do not allow deliberate lead to defect product appear too much.
- Checking to obey 5S activity on process before end of working shift.
- Check and approve worker’s annual leave.
- Prepare and update daily reports to superior about production result including output, schedule attainment, working efficiency and scraps
- Implement other task as assignment of superior

- Foreign language: Able to listen and speak English well

- Computer skill: Microsoft skill

- Experience/Kinh nghiệm
- Compulsoryc: At least 1 year experience at same position
- Priority: Experience in the footwear industry is an advantage
