- Own insurance product from concept through launch, along with future iteration on the MoMo e-wallet platform
- Analyze e-wallet customers to identify insights to drive decisions and right solutions for the right user segments
- Utilize research and analytic to build delightful and innovative products
- Overseeing development stages and evaluate product progress at each iteration
- Defining vision and anticipate client needs to deliver relevant Insurance Products
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of experience in non-life insurance underwriting / product or relevant areas developing insurance products, driving products improvement and adding new features
- Prefers candidates who have experience in the product lines that relevant to e-wallet users such as: accidental & health insurance, phone & gadget insurance, e-wallet insurance…
- Extensive and current experience developing large-scale product solutions for leading global firms
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and roadmaps while leading cross-functional teams
- Wide knowledge of Vietnam insurance regulations
- Inspiring leadership and team building coupled with a demonstrated ability to operate successfully in a collaborative, matrixed organizational structure
- Excellent creative, strategic and analytical skills and good judgment with outstanding ability to quickly synthesize diverse and complex information
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills to/with internal related teams and insurance partners.
- Confidence in representing the product organization internally and externally
