Mô tả công việc

  • Build up and manage compensation & benefits policies, procedures and processes.
  • Manage all tasks and activities related to C&B (timekeeping, salary calculation and payment, annual leave, retirement, promotion & demotion).
  • Ensure compensation and benefits comply with the current Vietnam labor law and client’s requirements.
  • Be in-charge of labor cost forecast in order to propose an effective compensation packages and bonus programs for the company and other Entities.
  • Compensation Structure Comparison and designing support for other Entities
  •  NCF Labor, Overhead related Report

Requirement: 

  • Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Human Resource Management,)
  •  Having at least 7-10 years on hands C&B and Insurance experience in footwear, textile garment industry (scope  5000 employees).
  •  Deeply knowledge about Vietnam labor law (especially in wages and insurance).
  •  Good at Calculation, data Analysis and Reporting
  •  Excellent in Excel and fluent in English
  • Time management, work under pressure ability- Can-do attitude and honestly.
