C&B Manager

Mô tả công việc

Build up and manage compensation & benefits policies, procedures and processes.
Manage all tasks and activities related to C&B (timekeeping, salary calculation and payment, annual leave, retirement, promotion & demotion).
Ensure compensation and benefits comply with the current Vietnam labor law and client’s requirements.
Be in-charge of labor cost forecast in order to propose an effective compensation packages and bonus programs for the company and other Entities.
Compensation Structure Comparison and designing support for other Entities
NCF Labor, Overhead related Report

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Human Resource Management,)
Having at least 7-10 years on hands C&B and Insurance experience in footwear, textile garment industry (scope 5000 employees).
Deeply knowledge about Vietnam labor law (especially in wages and insurance).
Good at Calculation, data Analysis and Reporting
Excellent in Excel and fluent in English
Time management, work under pressure ability- Can-do attitude and honestly.
