- In charge of accounting for inventory:
- Doing step of invoice receipt in SUN system for local material.
- Check and follow up average costs of all inventory items.
- Check ledger accounting for sales invoices in SUN system, comparing with actual invoices.
- Check and clear all differences between estimated transporting, forwarding fees of imported products and actual invoices.
- Booking transactions related to some leased cars for market team.
- Booking business travelling expenses into SUN system for 17 people of sales and CE.
- Support company projects (as required)
Reports
- Inventory reports
- Inventory write down and reverse write down.
- AR Ageing reports
- Sales list
- Sales invoices usage status (to local tax authority)
Requirement - Statistic and Organizational skills
- Regulations and legislation on local tax and accounting principles.
- Bachelor Degree, major in Finance & Accounting or Economics
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- English: intermediate level of writing and speaking
- Computer: good at MS Office , especially in Excel.
- Details orientation.
- Familiar to ERP applications like SUN system.
