This position requires working in Thuan Thanh, Bac Ninh (Phu My Hung has transportation for staffs from Hanoi)Payment Management
- Review current payment process of ED Division and set up a standard process.
- Review and check full payment documents submitted by Contractors including but not limited contract, unit price, completed work quantity, minutes of acceptance, legal documents of Contractors.
- Control the payment process and adjust if any.
Contract Management
- Set up a system of contract recording.
- Review and set up a standard contract form for Contractors.
- Tracking and follow up all current contracts of Contractors.
Tender Management
- Set up a tender procedure including requested tender documents from the Contractor.
- Check the bill of quantities and tender document from the Contractor.
- Assess & analyze the Contractors’ tender documents and contract sum.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Department.
Requirements :
- This position will be in charge of Payment Department and manage team members.
- Having at least 8 years of experiences in Quantity Survey, Tender, Contract Management in big Groups and urban area construction projects.
- Background in Construction Economics/ Project Management/ Quantity Surveyor.
- Good in English, able to write the proposal letter, tender report.
