College No. 20 - National Defense is located in Nam Dinh city in the southern center of the Northern Delta with the functions and tasks of vocational training and job creation for demobilized soldiers, policy beneficiaries of the army's rear, and the need to train highly qualified human resources to serve the cause of Industrialization and Modernization of the country:
- Training at 3 levels: College, Intermediate and Primary as prescribed for demobilized soldiers and the vocational training needs of the society;
- Fostering and improving occupational skills for workers at the request of production, business, service establishments and employees;
- Researching and applying techniques and technologies to improve training quality and effectiveness; organize production, business and service according to the provisions of law.
