At the Vietnam Economic Pulse 2022 Forum organized by the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) on November 22, Ms. Ramla Khalidi, the UNDP’s Resident Representative in Vietnam, said the country’s economic prospects are bright but some risks are rising.

The National Center for Socio-Economic Information and Forecast (NCIF), under MPI, proposed two scenarios for Vietnam’s economic growth in 2023 at the Forum. In the optimistic scenario, GDP could reach 6.5-6.7 per cent.
