Talent and Acquisition (50%)
- Manage and execute the full recruitment life-cycle.
- Be proactive in sourcing & making connection with qualified, talented, and potential candidates to build talent pool;
- Monitor the effectiveness of the recruitment & onboarding processes;
- Develop annual/ periodical manpower plan and recruitment strategies/target aligned with the demands business teams and HR capability;
- Employer Branding
HRBP (40%)
- Actively partner with department leaders to provide a one stop shop of HR support for current employment matters.
- Manage and execute full employee life-cycle, from recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management till offboarding.
- Develop and execute Employee experience plans and activity for Hanoi office
Office management (10%)
- Operate Hanoi office
Requirements:
- 3 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience along with Business Partnering .
- Able to multitask and work under pressure, meet targets with minimum supervision.
- High degree of professional integrity and discreet in handling confidential information.
- Having prior experience in the Technology or ecommerce industry will be highly advantageous.
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate at executive level and above in a professional manner
