General Description
This position is responsible for mandatory insurances, extra insurance, HR reports and document filing
Specific Accountabilities
Insurance
• Prepare SHUI Increase & Decrease report
• Record and follow up SHUI data, and extra insurance data
• Work with agencies for insurance topics such as receive documents/ notices/ HI cards/ SI booklets/ report
• Handle insurance claims
HR document and Report
• Follow up line manager's evaluation for job change announcement; labor contract; and appendix
• Prepare labor contract (LC), Labor contract appendix (LCA); Job change announcement
• Record, file documents
• Prepare & submit periodical labor reports to DOLISA.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports (HR Staff Report, Turnover Report, OT Report, OrgChart)
Legal update
• Collect & sort legal documents.
• Read new legal documents; identify relevant highlights to notice
• Coordinate with team to propose implementation plan
HR audit
• Assist in coordinating HR audits; collect and check documents for HR audits.
Others
• Coordinate in HR projects
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by HRBP Manager

• Good MS Office skills
• Good command in English skills
• Organizational skills
Experience and Qualifications
• Experience and Qualification
• Experience in similar HR role is a plus
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
• Good understanding of full-cycle SHUI, extra insurance
• Knowledge of labor legislation
• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field
