Administrative Task :
- Synthesize and manage the list of registered collaborators for training.
- Generate periodic reports on recruitment volume, training courses, and team meetings.
- Manage employee records hard/soft copy. Approve and review records to approve promotion, downgrade, appointment, dismissal... on the system.
After - Sale Control (30%)
- Set up/manage the order journey process, ensure control of Admins entering the standard order information and track unfinished orders...
- Manage TR book (temporary receipt), orders, soft copies, hard copies to ensure compliance with regulations and salary.
Asset Management And Operation Management (15%)
- Manage merchandise, POSM and display activities at Showrooms, Sales office periodically.
- Assign, control and report on Showroom schedule.
- Evaluate SA's job completion KPIs at SO and Showroom based on the control of the above work items.
Other General Operation Management (15%)
- Manage the list of collaborators on the system. Decentralize and switch groups of collaborators on the system
- Manage the allocation and use of the Sales Tool kit following the company's policy.
- Implement the printing of employee cards, POSMs, event supplies according to the actual situation
- Organize/support and coordinate activities, sales events, internal events of DST division such as Roadshow, Telesales....
- Synthesize Meeting reports of each HM Showroom team to serve for HP, HM support calculation.
Requirements :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economic, Trade, Supply Chain or relevant.
- Minimum 2years of relevant work experience.
- Data-driven and comfortable with excel or BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint .
- Good English communication is a must .
- Strong communicator who is able to articulate ideas and stories through data and dashboards.
- Having experience in direct sales such as insurance, financial consulting, nutrition food, cosmetics and home appliance is an advantage
