PRESS RELEASE

THE 3RD VIET NAM INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS EXHIBITION (VILOG 2025)
"Digital Transformation and Partnership for Green Logistics"

As Viet Nam cements its position as a logistics hub in Southeast Asia, Vietnamese businesses have to adapt with increasingly stringent international regulations which require logistics companies to elevate their standards and reduce the carbon footprint in logistics operations to move towards a sustainable supply chain. The integration of technology and collaboration is regarded as two essential factors for achieving sustainable growth, as digital innovations enhance operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and foster stronger partnerships across the supply chain. By leveraging smart logistics solutions, automation, and data-driven decision-making, businesses can optimize resources, lower carbon emissions, and build a more resilient and eco-friendly logistics network.

With its role as a significant hub for industry professionals seeking to explore cutting-edge solutions and forge valuable business connections, VILOG 2025 will showcase groundbreaking advancements in automation, artificial intelligence, IoT-driven supply chains, and eco-friendly transport solutions. The event will also facilitate dialogue on policy frameworks and best practices to accelerate the green transition.

The success of VILOG 2024 was demonstrated by the gathering of over 300 exhibitors and 15,000 visitors, along with a diverse lineup of engaging and insightful seminars and talk shows. Mr. Trần Thanh Hải, Deputy Director General of the Agency of Foreign Trade (Ministry of Industry and Trade), stated: “The Viet Nam International Logistics Exhibition 2024 marks an important milestone, serving as a gathering place for logistics enterprises to come together and shape a path toward a more sustainable future. By emphasizing the importance of green logistics as the foundation for sustainable development, we aim to inspire meaningful discussions, foster valuable connections, and accelerate the implementation of environmentally responsible changes.”

Building on the success of VILOG 2024, VILOG 2025 is set to expand significantly in both scale and scope with an even greater international presence and strengthened networking opportunities, aiming to be a catalyst for innovation and collaboration in the logistics sector. Their participation reflects strong confidence in the growth potential of Viet Nam’s logistics industry and significantly contributes to elevating the scale and quality of the event. With the invaluable support of these industry leaders, VILOG 2025 is poised to become one of the most anticipated logistics exhibitions of the year.

Mentioning VILOG would be incomplete without highlighting its series of specialized seminars - a key feature that offers in-depth perspectives and timely updates on the logistics industry both domestically and internationally. Within the framework of the exhibition, a range of thematic seminars will take place, including: the seminar “Financial Mechanisms to Promote Green Logistics Development” organized by the Vietnam Economic & Financial Review (VEFR); the seminar “Viet Nam's Export and Logistics Today: Context, Challenges, and Solutions” organized by the Multimodal Transport Commitee (VLA Association); and the seminar “AI and Its Impact on the Logistics Industry” organized by the VALOMA Association. These seminars promise to provide a comprehensive overview of the current landscape and market trends, financial solutions for sustainable development, and the transformative influence of the digital era on the logistics sector.

The new highlight of this exhibition is the VILOG TALK zone - a forum exclusively for exhibitors to introduce their services and technologies, including the thematic presentation on the Cargo Agency Program, organized by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). This session aims to provide the latest updates on how IATA supports the air cargo industry through advanced and efficient payment solutions, helping freight forwarding companies and airlines expand business opportunities and enhance operational efficiency. In addition, it is combined with the 1:1 Business Matching Program and the Buyer Program, which are maintained throughout the entire exhibition to attract industry enterprises, cargo owners, and visitors, facilitating business expansion and enabling them to choose the most optimal logistics solutions. This, in turn, creates practical networking value for exhibitors and attendees.

Notably, VILOG 2025 will be held concurrently with the esteemed 23rd International Medical, Hospital and Pharmaceutical Exhibition (Viet Nam Medipharm Expo) in Ho Chi Minh City. This combination offers a unique opportunity for businesses participating in both events to explore each other, seek potential partners, and optimize supply chain processes in the pharmaceutical and medical equipment sectors. The Viet Nam International Cold Chain Exhibition (Viet Cold Chain) and the Viet Nam International Smart Warehouse Exhibition (Viet Warehouse) will continue to be two prominent specialized exhibitions accompanying with VILOG this year.

VILOG 2025 is strongly supported by a wide range of reputable media outlets and specialized industry platforms, including: Vietnam Logistics Review, Business Forum Magazine, Vietnam Investment review, Industry and Trade Magazine, Vietnam News, VietnamExport - the international market information portal under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, PHATAA - the international logistics trading platform, Invest Vietnam - the national investment promotion portal, and ONEX Logistics - a media and networking platform dedicated to the logistics sector.
