Provide Learning and Development strategies
- Assess and identify Nam Long Land (NLL)’s training and development needs, closely cooperate with NLG for the effective training and development programs of NLL.
- Oversee the planning, prioritization, and development of new training programs and initiatives, ensuring that these programs and initiatives are consistent with NLL overall strategies, objectives, and needs.
- Lead the design of training material and content for training programs, and identify tools for relaying that content to relevant personnel
Manage Performance Evaluation system
- Manage and ensure the smooth operation of the performance evaluation system (PMDT) including standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments.
- Ensure the implementation of performance evaluation across NLL in accordance with NLG’s schedule with A-SMART standard.
- Check and report the implementation of performance evaluation on a regular basis.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience in related fields.
- 10 years of professional experience with an emphasis on talent management, performance management or other related HR disciplines
- Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
