Learning and development (70%)
- Ensure regulations, procedures, and processes related to learning and development adherence;
- Collaborate with department leaders in clarifying training demands and setting training objectives;
- Build an annual training plan for the entire business and execute the training plan within the agreed budget and timescale;
- Act as the key player in organizing workshops for training, including induction training for newcomers;
- Find, evaluate, and select suitable vendors/ trainers for training needs and build the database of training providers and lectures;
- Collaborate with trainers in assessing the quality of training courses, including appropriate training techniques and methods;
- Work with the accounting team and training vendors on the payment process;
- Track the implementation of the post-training personal action plan;
- Collaborate with the colleague who is responsible for performance management in ensuring that all adjustments of the KPIs after training are recorded and evaluated effectively;
- Provide timely and comprehensively detailed reports based on information related to training activities;
- Participate in building training matrix;
- Collaborate with the Internal Communication Team and the Marketing Department to promote training activities;
Coconut Ambassador (30%)
- Collect data and build the knowledge center of the coconut industry, including the entire coconut production process;
- Utilize the knowledge as a tool for serving business activities;
- Organize employee engagement activities based on the knowledge center to enhance employees’ awareness of the business culture named as Coconut Culture;
- Provide guidelines and tools to support employees in behaving properly with Coconut Culture;
- Organize workshops for sharing the knowledge of the coconut industry and the production process of Betrimex;
- Assess, record, and report the employees’ awareness about the coconut industry and the products of Betrimex;
- Maintain and enhance employees’ faith in Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Coconut Culture of Betrimex;
- Collaborate with Staffing Department to build the employer brand.
Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor's Degree or higher degree, majoring in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management are preferable;
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources, 2 years of experience in learning & development;
- Good at English;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office;
- Able to work independently, and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues;
- Good communication skills, presentation skills, and time management skills.
