Job description

This role leads the Human Resource initiatives to provide employees-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and organizational growth. This position also contributes as a strategic partner in the accomplishment of departmental plans through initiatives that attract and retain talent, develop employees and leaders to get aligned organizational goals and objectives.

* Strategy

  • Develops & implements HR management strategies and policies to meet business needs to ensure HR related areas run smoothly and efficient. Frequently review of HR strategic planning to get aligned with the HR trend in the market.
  •  Participate in and/or lead company-wide HR program development and modification to provide Viet Nam perspective and input

* Workforce planning

  • Partners with the Branch Leadership Team ( BLT) in organizational structure design, modification and change to ensure the workforce always be in placement to meet current and future business objectives.
  • Develops HR plan and prepares HR budget to obtain the approval and manage the communication process with the Division Managers implement the approved HR plan.
  • Drives the review and analysis of people metrics. Designs new and/or modify programs, processes and initiatives as necessary to address challenges identified. Provides feedback to Home Office HR leadership team to ensure feedback is incorporated in programs as appropriate. Provides regular updates and status of actions to Branch Leadership Team to get feedback and input.

* Talent Acquisition: Oversees talent acquisition and ensures processes and approach are effective and meets organizational goals

Requirement : 

  • 5 years of equivalent work related experience in similar positions such as HR Manager or HRBP Manager
  •  Bachelor degree on HR Management, Business Administration or related field
  •  Prior experience in construction engineering and/or software industry is a plus
  •  Preferred to have HR Management certificate: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP learning are plus points
