- In charge of the recruitment process
- In charge of leaver process
- Performing operations related to timekeeping, salary calculation and control of working hours (iHRP system)
- Making related reports: Maternity report, New and terminated labor report, monthly KPI report for relevant departments, advance deduction report, expense allocation report....
- Insurance professional support (including compulsory insurance and additional insurance)
- Monitor training schedule and organize internal/external training courses
- Managing outsourced labor services with compliance requirements, quality services and cost control (Third party, canteen..)
- Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits related to the Human Resources department
- Coordinate with related parties to organize annual health check for employees according to regulations
- Implement and Monitor the implementation of the Company's policies, regulations and benefit.
- Play an active role in activities of creating relations with employees, creating welfare activities, handling conflicts, handling disciplinary actions, ... for the management area.
- Internal communication - actively participate in internal communication activities and engage - ensure everyone is engaged in the most effective assigned activities
- Perform admin tasks: Save records, order stationery, track for employees to sign documents/contracts and save…., create PR/PO, make payments….
- Other duties as assigned by Line Manager
Requirements :
- Professional: University graduate or higher (-Major: Graduated from university majoring in Human Resource Management, Administrative Management, Law, Foreign Languages)
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the position of Human Resources, understand the basic Laws/regulations in the field of Labor
- Preferably have experience working at Factory
