Job description

  • Guide and manage the overall provision of Admin & Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company
  • Lead the development of Admin & HR department goals and objectives and ensure that they are in-line with organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide direction and leadership to Admin & human resources staff and oversee relationships with vendors and business partners
  • Develop Admin & HR strategies which fulfill the requirement of the organization
  • Define quality and standards and develop initiatives to drive operational excellence in human resources and monitoring and ensuring performance are met
  • Maintain regular communication with other functions and BUs, understand unique HR challenges facing functions and BUs, and develop innovative solutions to address business issues
  • Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development and talent development
  • Ensure employment law and regulatory concerns compliance
  • Ensure appropriate and sufficient resource allocation across the organization
  • Design and build a strong employment brand as an employer of choice and lead the company brand through HR
  • Lead company culture including formulating initiatives and forming team in-charge Ensure functional compliance on the HR processes
  • Fully abreast with the latest and best practices in HR and ensure the continuous improvement and innovation of the HR practice

Requirement : 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR management preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR team in large organizations
  • Ability to motivate teams and strong understanding of employment laws
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team management and communication skills
  • Strong influencing skills at executive level
  • Understanding of all the HR processes
  • Highly organized and possess ability to multi-task
