- Systematize and analyze performance data of company to recognize good performed employee.
- Recognize and arlert issue to support HR Manager to maintain manpower.

- Summary all department’s KPI evaluate
- Analyze performance of all employees
- Analyze report as required
Job relationship
HR Data Analysis Executive must have good relationship with individual, department, partner to do the roles and responsible as below:
Relating Departments: Sales, Logistic, Marketing, Accounting.
Job responsibilities
- Transform data KPI to report – Make sure all data are transparented and exacted.
- Keep relationship with the sales force to provide / receive information on performance.
- Statistics of HR data; summarize monthly report / database and make relevant conclusions / recommendations to support HR Manager decisions periodically; Provides weekly, monthly analysis reports.
- Ensure that all information, report procedures and feedback are fully implemented and transferred timely.
- Monthly Orientation – Welcome new member.
- Other tasks assigned by HR & Admin manager and HR Manager.

Skills:

- Qualification/Knowledge/Experiences:
- At least 2 years experience
- Graduated University major: Secretary, Finance, Accounting or the other relevanr major.
- Have experience for working in FMCG.
Age/Sexual/Other requirement: Male or Female from 25 years old.
