Electrical Supervisor

Job description

Planning for repair and maintenance of equipment (maintenance schedule, replacement equipment, personnel, expected maintenance costs, ...).
Responsible and public supervision personnel in the operation, repair, and maintenance of machines and equipment.
Implement improvement projects to improve productivity and reduce labor force.
Supervising contractor to perform activities of construction, installation, improvement, renovation.
Operational training, safety for workers.
Report work by week / quarter / month / year for direct management.
Perform other duties as required, coordination of their superiors.
Able to work rotating shifts on weekdays (when work arise).

Requirements :

Graduated from Technical University, major Automation/Mechatronics/Electrical;
Minimum 2 years experience in technical field, preferably Diaper manufacturing or consumer goods industry;
Having the ability to read and understand technical documents, having good English communication is an advantage.

* Skills:

Knowledge about PLC programming, Inveter,Servo, HMI... Siemens knowledge is preferable.
Proficient in TIA Port's, Simotion, Microsoft office, Auto CAD.
Team leader, project management, negotiation, good convincing, fast learning.
